The boiling point of this ether is 152 °C and that makes it suitable for use as a high boiling point solvent. This Ethylene Glycol Mono-tert-butyl Ether we offer finds use as a solvent in the paint industry where it is employed as a good quality synthetic resin enamel lacquer. Other significant uses of this ether is as a thinner in the process of bake-coating, and also as a whitening preventive substance while making lacquers, varnishes, etc.
